Important information:
- Sharing: Your registration CANNOT be shared with one or more individuals on the day of the event. But it can be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. If this is the case, please inform us by September 28 if this is the case. No changes can be made after Sep 17.
- Refunds: Refunds will be provided until September 14, less 25% administration charge. No refunds after September 14.
- Statement and Chargebacks: The merchant name on your credit card statement will be listed as "Healthy Transport Consulting", "Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures", "HEALTHYTRAN", or "PayPal". Please contact us before phoning your credit card company requesting chargebacks or an additional $75 fee/ticket will be applied.
- Waiver: Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures, Toronto Metropolitan University and our partners are not responsible for stolen items, personal injury, illness or loss of life related to a delegate attending the GTHA Transit Summit. Please do not attend the Summit “in-person” if you feel unwell. See above for information pertaining to "sharing" and "refunds".
