Entry Terms & Conditions – Rye Castle (Ypres Tower)

Tickets purchased for Rye Castle & Prison (Ypres Tower) are valid for a single admission and must be used within 28 days of the date of purchase. After this period, tickets will expire and cannot be redeemed.

All tickets are valid for one-time entry only and must be presented upon arrival, either in digital or printed form.

Entry is permitted only during the Tower’s normal operating hours. Opening times may vary throughout the year and are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements, special events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Rye Castle (Ypres Tower) is typically open 364 days per year; however, occasional closures may occur. Visitors are advised to check current opening times before travelling.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be granted solely at the discretion of management.
